The speaker opens his speech by praising and appreciating the state of Manipur of its bravery and patriotic spirit and asserts that Manipur has a special place in Bharat.
The kings of Manipur fought the British and the state was the last to be conquered by the colonial power and the last to be merged into the Indian Union in the year 1949.

First and foremost things to be considered as Rashtriya Bhartiya are to read and understand the glory of the past. Become knowledgeable man or modern man without losing ourselves – the speaker asserted. Development is not only about material achievement with all the modern technological advancement; India always concern on knowledge
Chinese intellectual Hu Shih famous saying ‘India conquered and dominated china culturally for 20 centuries without ever having to send a single soldier across her border’.
The used of soft power by India to dominate over other nations. On social emancipation and social equality in Bharat; National Education Policy is introduced Healthcare facilities are improved. Today we have lakhs of health care centres across Bharat. Women empowerment through reservation etc. On Economic areas Bharat was and is a rich nation. That was the reasons that the British came to india and dominated us for years.
Today we are at the fourth largest economy in the world with 28% GDP Advancement in defense: Bharat is going strong and we have proved it through Sindoor operation, said by the speaker.
