ACHIEVEMENTS

  1. Nambangba Khumba of B.A. 3rd Semester participated in the Noney District Level Mega Marathon, 2019 on the 2nd of October and got 2nd position.
  2. Gaichamthai Malangmei of B.A. 4th Semester Participated in the Open Online Essay Competition on the Topic: “The Potential urgency for Eradication of Clanism Parasites among the Rongmei today”. Organised by Rongmei Collegiates organization, Imphal (RCOI) and secured 3rd position on 25th July, 2020.

  1. LohriiAsakho of B. Com. 2nd Semester participated in the District Level Online meme competition and got 1st Position.
    SavaneVemai also participated in the same competition and got consolation prize.
  2. The Institution and the President of the College received “Certificate of Appreciation” and “Certificate of Commendation” from the District Administration for the Service rendered by the institution during the Covid-19 Pandemic for the year 2020 on 15th August, 2020.
  3. H.Veipulou Anthony B. Com5th Semester participated in the District Level Memes Competition organized by District Aids Control Society and got 1stposition. In the same competition Roziine Jasmine B.Sc. participated in the REELS competition and got
    1stposition.
  4. Three NSS teams participated in the District Level Quiz competition on 16th October 2021 organized by District Aids Prevention and Control Unit, Senapati and Team 1 got 1st position and Team 2 secured 2nd Position.

  2. Avavei James and R. Lungbila Elizabeth from B. Com 5th Semester participated in the State Level Quiz competition organized by the State AIDS Prevention and Control Organisation at Kuki-Inpi, Imphal on 22nd October, 2021.
  3. Th. Taveio of B. Sc. 3rd Semester was selected to represent Senapati District in the XIXth Hills District Badminton Championship, 2021 from 22nd – 27th November, 2021 at Chandel District Headquarters organized by ACDBA Hall Chandel District Badminton Championship.
  4. H. Veipulou Anthony of B. Com. 5th Semester participated in the District Level Memes Competition organized by District Aids Control Society on 22nd January, 2022 and got 1st Position.Roziine Jasmine of B. Sc. 1st Semester also participated in the Reels Competition and got 1st Position.

  1. Dushovei A of B. A. 2ndSemester Roll. No. 32 participated in the National Level Competition “MMA” at Delhi and reached Semi final.

    (Actually Tokyo Olympic 2020 but postponed to 2021 due to Covid-19 pandemic) The said gesture was organized under the guidance of Prime Minister, YAS (Union Minister), Government of India.
  2. NSS Project Officer and Volunteers attended the observance of NSS Golden Jubilee Year, 2019 at KhumanLampak, Imphal on the 24th of September.

  1. Mount Everest College NSS Unit-I distributed more than 200 face mask to the people of Senapati as part of their activity and contribution in the Covid-19 Pandemic on 25th April, 2020.

  1. NSS Unit I, in collaboration with Botany Department and Co-curricular committee conducted a mass tree plantation drive on 8th July, 2022 at Poonem Ground.

Sharing the suffering of the returnees staying in Mount Everest College Quarantine Centre, the secretary of the College, Chaplain and the Acting Principal visited the center and offered prayers and counselling to the inmates. The Returnees were also retreated with a special dinner by the College on 16th June, 2020.

Showing solidarity and sharing the suffering of the returnees staying at Mount Everest College Quarantine Centre, theSecretary, Acting Principal and chaplain organized a special prayer service to provide spiritual thoughts at these testing times.
