HOSTEL COMMITTEE

The hostel committee is under the umbrella of the Mount Everest School and College and Christian Fellowship .The term for the leaders is 2 years from the date of appointment .The hostel Committee is formed to work together with the entire hostel Proprietors and Wardens for smooth running of the hostels.

TENURES OF THE COMMITTEE

Tenure of the Committee will be two Consecutive Academic years.

FUNCTIONS AND POWER OF HOSTEL COMMITTEE

1. The hostel committee will organize hostel week, Annual Retreat and hostel Award Day Programme.
2. They are responsible to collect the hostel renewals fees and registration fees for newly affiliated hostel.
3. In case of any sickness and misfortune the committee shall undertake the responsibility of the situation.
4. In case of hosteller’s expulsion from the hostel, the Action will be taken by the hostel committee. The chairman will circulate the letter of expulsion for public notice.
5. Hosteller’s once expelled shall not be entertained in within the constituent hostels under the institute for one academic session
