Dr. K. Puhle Japheth is a veterinary officer in Senapati. There is always a chance system which we never broke it. Increase of sea level and global warming is not a good sign instead it is an alarm to the human being to not disturb the natural environment. Government pass different Acts like Environment Protection Act, 1986, Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, India’s Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 etc are the some initiative steps taken up by the government of India. The United Nation also passed different Acts to protect environment from different pollutions and keep under the maintenance of safety level, such as Kyoto Protocol (Climate change), Hyogo Protocol (to control the disaster), Nagoya Protocol (Genetic resources), Montreal Protocol (Depletion of Ozone layer) etc. can be mentioned.
