A ‘One-Day Retreat for Freshers’ was organised on August 28, 2024, with the theme “Beyond the Horizon” by the Chapel Committee, MEC. The event featured three sessions aimed at providing a holistic experience. It began with a morning service offering spiritual guidance, setting reflective time.
This was followed by a fun quiz session to promote knowledge, friendly competition, and camaraderie among the participants. The afternoon focused on personal development and community building.
Bibles were distributed to symbolise spiritual reflection, learning, and community engagement. The retreat aimed to equip freshers with a sense of purpose and belonging as they started their college journey.
